Start this year off with a new career with N-Hance of East Louisville. Established in 2019, N-Hance has been franchising since 2003. We are seeing unprecedented demand in our market we are looking to grow and add new team members to our staff to meet heavy customer demand for our services.

N-Hance is currently looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of learning our process and have a passion for delivering high quality service to our customers. Successful candidates will take pride of ownership of the finished product and be able to work effectively in a small team environment (1-3 person crews).

N-Hance technicians primarily work on cabinets. With our process we can either restore the original look or make a color change, including painted looks. Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to:

Cleaning & Preparing Wood Surfaces, including taping and masking off areas
Light Carpentry, such as crown molding, installing a cabinet box, replacing a wood veneer
Color and/or Paint & Finish Cabinetry, about 75% of our work is changing the color of cabinets
General Job Site & small tool maintenance and cleaning

Qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the responsibilities above is preferred.
You must have high standards on completed product and a commitment to do it right the first time.
You must be able to lift 50+ pound tools.
You need to have outstanding customer service skills
Access to reliable automobile, smartphone, and valid driver's license with a good driving record.
You should be hard working and available for overtime
Finally, you must pass criminal background and DMV License checks

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay starts at $17/hour depending on experience, and will go up from there. Our work weeks are Monday through Thursday 10hr/day. Senior staff receive paid holidays, vacation time and bonuses, and there is potential for growth & advancement within the company. Training is always provided – Initial and ongoing
